This head-scratching puzzle conceals an intricately carved locking mechanism that secures the drawer, locked up tight until you find the correct sequence of moves to free the secret chamber inside. The front of the box features a stunning maple leaf against many rich shades of smooth wood. The Rad Box Puzzle was designed by the renowned Jean Claude Constantin, a fundamental pillar of the mechanical puzzle industry, and the puzzle certainly lives up to its reputation!

Not fun

The trick to solving is "creative" but unreliable. Even after searching for the solution and knowing how to open, the box still does not open as it appears it should and is unpredictable. Not sure if I got a faulty box or what, but it's my least favorite. I think the design is cool and it looks nice on the shelf, but I wish I had gone with another puzzle box.

I got this to gift money in for my genius nephew. I was hoping it would be easy to open, but I had to pull up a YouTube video to pop it open. This is an awesome little “gift box”, I’m excited for him to open it.
