Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY, USA, Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 11 am EST we will ship your order the same day, if you place your order after 11 am EST your order will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order is completed you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of your order.

Shipment Trackings 

You can track your order via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s), Order Confirmation Page, or the Account section on kubiyagames.com

If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Support.

Lost or stolen Packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Support for assistance.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Support to investigate.

 

International, Customs, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Additional duties and taxes are due on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility to pay. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
