Wonderful Customer service

I purchased the alpha lock puzzle for my husband for Christmas. Within 10 minutes he had broken it. I emailed customer service and received a quick response. A few pictures to show the broken puzzle, and they sent me a new one before I even sent the broken one back. This is NOT a flimsy puzzle that’s easily broken, it was just bad luck on my husbands part. I would never hesitate to order another puzzle. And with their customer service, you can’t go wrong.
