Does the puzzle come with instructions and solution?

Yes, you can find the instructions and the full solution for each puzzle or a game on our website (www.kubiyagames.com) to view or to download (we try to be as green as possible and we also encourage you to solve the puzzle on your own). For our difficulty level 3, 4 and 5 puzzles we also made video tutorials which you can view on our Kubiya Games Youtube channel.

What's your hardest puzzle?

We're often asked by our customers which puzzle is the most challenging one? What's your best puzzle for a very smart 5 years old? What would be the perfect brain teaser for an engineer? My dad is turning 65 and he likes a challenge, what should I get him? We would like to get a game for our coffee table what you recommend? Just send us a message and we will get back to you ASAP with personalized recommendations. Tell us a bit about the person you're shopping for (age, profession/hobbies, skills, etc.) and we can help you select the best puzzle or game for them. Do you have anything for kids?

Absolutely! Lots of our products are suitable for kids ages five and up. Start by browsing our products for kids category.

Do you customize your products?

If you are interested in a more involved relationship, Kubiya Games offers a complete product development and customization service. You can use our experienced and skilled team to make your dream product a reality.

Customize with tailored silkscreen and laser-engraving or develop your envisioned designs, made to order. Customize any piece with your brand or logo – no matter the intricacy. Laser engraving and silk-screening are tailored to our corporate gift and wholesale patrons, you can modify and style to your specifications.


How can I view my order status or track my order?

There are two easy ways to get your order details online by visiting Track Order.

  • Track Order to view the status details of a single order by entering your order number, e-mail, and billing zip code.
  • OR
  • Sign in to your account to review the complete details of all your orders.

We send order confirmation e-mails within 30 minutes of placement and shipment confirmation e-mails daily. If you didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation please double check your email spam/junk folder or use the online methods above.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders the next business day. That is Monday through Friday. For example, if you select 2nd-day shipping, you must allow one extra day for processing. Say you place your order on Tuesday, it'll ship Wednesday and you'll receive it Friday.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept a wide range of credit and debit payment types including:

  • American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa
  • Kubiya Games Gift Cards
  • PayPal and PayPal Credit
  • Apple and Android Pay

Do you offer free shipping?

Kubiya Games offers free standard shipping on orders over $59 in merchandise within the contiguous US. Sorry, the free shipping does not apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and International.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Be quick to cancel your order — To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible there is only a short time period after an order is placed to attempt a cancellation. Please call us at 1-917-723-8854 and if your order hasn’t been processed we will cancel it.

If we are unable to cancel your order, once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Most items can be gift wrapped for an additional $4.95 for each item. This includes a personalized note from you to your gift recipient. Keep in mind: the charge for gift wrapping is non-refundable.

How do I add gift wrap to my order?

  • During checkout, select "Add Gift Wrap and a Gift Message".
  • Type a personalized note for the gift.
  • Click "SAVE" once finished.
  • The charge will be added to your order total.

What is the return policy?

We gladly accept returns for unused products in their original package. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you are entitled to a replacement.

  • Returns or exchange must be made within 30 days of shipping.
  • We will refund shipping charges on defective items only.

Please email us for specific return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for requesting the return.

How do I return items?

If your item meets the below criteria, we will be more than happy to send you out a return label. You may request one yourself on our site. While logged in and on your main account home page, click on order history and request RMA will be to the right of the screen.

Once we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse, we will issue the credit or replacement. Be sure to indicate the reason for return and if a replacement or refund is needed. The cost of the label $6.99 will be deducted from your credit unless the product was defective or damaged upon your receipt.

  • The original packaging/seals is not opened or damaged in any way
  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Have the original receipt
