Viking Puzzle Box

Kubiya has the best products! My family is always extremely happy with their puzzle boxes and brain teasers!

This box took me approximately 5min to solve, however it is really well made. To make it more difficult, I would cover the back and hide the mechanism better. The dials and balls move exactly as they should. If they dont move, its because they're not supposed to. I think the clear backing is cool if you want to hide something inside. Its also accessible without opening the box, you can use a flathead screwdriver to take four screws out and open the back if youre not good at puzzles but are buying this for someone who is and wanted to put a gift inside.

Ok, so I will start by saying this puzzle is beautifully made, and is quite fun. BUT even as someone who has never done a puzzle box this was insanely easy (FOR ME) it took me 22 minutes. Now, I will say my experience will most likely not be the same as yours and if you like to tinker with various mechanisms then this is a good choice. Though it was not a very big challenge, I am very happy with this box and how well crafted it seems to be. Looks good out in the open and gets people asking about it. So far some have figured it out in 30 minutes, others hours. All in all it’s well worth the money in my personal opinion.
