From the creative and eccentric mind of Seibenstein-Spiele’s founder, Jurgen Reiche, this spectacular Lock 64 Coding Puzzle is built from laser-engraved pieces of heavy-duty wood to hold the secrets of the mechanism in place. Similar to a padlock, but much more beautiful, the objective is to remove the top handle of the lock so that it releases from the main body of the puzzle. The central dial spins just like it would on a padlock - can you figure out the combination? The Lock 64 is a very hard sequential puzzle that you need to unlock without a key. Once you figure out the right combination, you will be able to open the lock.

Enjoyable but Easy

My partner is into puzzles (he estimates he has done 15-20 of these types of puzzles) so I thought getting him a difficult puzzle would keep him busy for at least 45-60 minutes. Nope lol. He solved it in less than 20 minutes. He says it was an enjoyable puzzle so the 4/5 stars is his rating. For difficultly, he rates the puzzle 7/10. The puzzle is a very good quality piece, but he agrees he has worked on more difficult puzzles. I would be on the fence recommending this for someone who has done a lot of puzzles and has seen the mechanism before. I don't want to say more because it obvs gives it away. Annnd now I am watching him dissemble the entire puzzle LOL
