The oldest confirmed written mention of Dominoes dates back to China in the 13th century - gamers of all kinds have been playing for centuries! The word “domino” refers to any rectangle formed by joining two congruent squares edge to edge. Our wooden Double-6 Dominoes game set is a truly unique twist on a classic game for any age, class, or creed.
The Double-6 Set is the most famous and frequently used of all domino sets. It can be played with 2 to 4 players and can also be played in teams (two players in each team). Our set consists of 28 dominoes; each piece is a rectangular, wooden tile with a line dividing its face into two halves. Each end is marked with a number of spots (1 to 6), or is blank. Players take turns placing their pieces strategically to connect matching dominoes end to end. Dominoes may only be joined together by sides that have the same number of dots. The player that scores the most points wins the game.
The Double-6 Dominoes Set comes with a convenient lid to contain all the pieces and ensure that gamers can replay without losing any pieces.
