One of the myths of the origin of mahjong suggests that Confucius (the Chinese philosopher), developed the game in about 500 BC. The first mahjong sets sold in the U.S. were sold by Abercrombie & Fitch in 1920. Our hand made Mahjong comes with beautifully colored print symbols on the tiles pieces and a wooden box.
